Love My Downline Builder Terms

By registering for Love My Downline Builder you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to abide by them for the duration of your Love My Downline Builder membership.

Age Limit

For legal reasons we require all members to be 18+ to access Love My Downline Builder.

Name and/or Username

For legal reasons we require all members to register with their REAL Legal First & Last Names. NO Business names allowed. Your Username MUST not be inappropriate nor offensive in any way. Usernames and/or Names cannot contain numbers and/or any characters other than alphabet. Failure to comply with warnings will result in your account suspended OR deleted.

Accounts

You are only allowed to register for one Love My Downline Builder account. You are not permitted to access any accounts that do not belong to you. You are not permitted to allow others to access your account for any reason. If you are caught accessing or allowing others to access your account, your account will be deleted and your information will be banned from all sites owned by the same owner of Love My Downline Builder. No warnings will be given.

Porky Points

Porky Points are meant to be a bonus only, and have no cash value. You can exchange your Porky Points for Love My Downline Builder items and products available in the Porky Points Marketplace at Porky Points.

Unsubscribing

Being subscribed to admin & members emails is a membership requirement. You will receive updates pertaining to Newsletters. Unsubscribing is strictly forbidden and will result in your account being deleted. You will as a result lose your commissions, credits and impressions.

URL Submission Rules

Before submitting a URL to Love My Downline Builder, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Love My Downline Builder account may also be deleted.

• NO sites with illegal activity INCLUDING but not limited to any type of drug even if it is considered legal in YOUR Country!! This includes but is not limited to CBD oil and or any products that are associated.
• NO adult content including but not limited dating, drugs or persons in compromising photos. IF you would never allow your child or a family members child to see it - DO NOT PROMOTE IT!
• NO frame-breaking sites
• NO sites with more than 12 images. This is to protect members with severe health issues.
• NO viruses, trojans, or spyware
• NO Matrices, Pyramids and/or MLM's (Multi Level Marketing Programs)
• NO sites that require you to recruit in order to make money
• NO sites that have more than 1 level of referral commissions
• SITE ROTATORS - No Site Rotators allowed. You may use Super Splash Pages as long as it is from ONE SITE! Banner & Text Rotators are NOT permitted.
• Cloaked Links and Trackers - No cloaked links or trackers allowed.
• NO Banner Rotators of ANY TYPE!
• NO HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
• NO sites promising "Finacial Freedom" in an outlandish way.
• NO sites asking for "Donations" OF ANY KIND especially to try to get rich!!
• NO Paid To Promote sites
• NO Pop ups, Popunders or Exit prompts
• NO sites that promotes or contains discrimination of ANY KIND!
• NO Blogs, personal webpages and/or sites that contain material that is considered controversal like Religion, Politics, Health etc.

Love My Downline Builder has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable. Members are completely responsible for the content they promote using Love My Downline Builder.

Each & every banner, square banner and text ad submitted to Love My Downline Builder is thoroughly viewed by owner prior to approval for rotation. Every effort is to ensure quality and safety to all members. However, Love My Downline Builder is NOT responsible for any sites advertised on Love My Downline Builder.

Members are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Love My Downline Builder is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues. ALL members should use caution and do their own research before joining any site advertised at Love My Downline Builder.

Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program is an added bonus to all ACTIVE members. Any monies accumulated for longer than 12 months will be converted to Piggy Bank Funds.

An ACTIVE member is a member who

• has ACTIVE advertising with impressions assigned to each Banners, Square Banners & Text Ads.
• has filled in the correct information for Payment Choices
• has been subscribed for at least 45 days.
• has NOT Violated The Terms Of Agreement.

ALL Members Payout is at $15.00. $15.00 will be sent to you through the chosen payment processor of your choice. NO EXCEPTIONS! NON NEGOTIABLE!

Payout dates are on the FIRST Friday of the Month. There is no need to request payout.

PiggyBank

The Piggy Bank Funds are strictly for use by members who have funds in their Piggy Bank. Piggy Bank Funds are non-transferable to any other member. Piggy Bank Funds cannot be converted to cash money. Piggy Bank Funds can only be used at Love My Downline Builder for selected purchases ONLY. You can request your Piggy Bank Funds to be transferred to another site owned by Katrina Graham by submitting a Support Ticket.

Refund Policy

There are NO Refunds. All transactions are digital. It is your responsibility to make sure your subscriptions are paid and up to date. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the due date. If you file a dispute or a chargeback, your membership will terminate immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS! NON NEGOTIABLE!
